that's why i have four 2 ton car stands. the jack wasn't even jacked up. I have like a 1 ton jack that is somewhere in the garage that I use most of the time..........so don't worry dude I have the equipment plus I find the hand jacks a lot safer than the ones you are thinking of.

Last picture is for phil..................Since he bashes the SR so much hahahaha :happyfing

Hoping to get the dash out tomorrow and maybe start on wiring. I want to eliminate some of the wiring that is not needed and actually clean some of it up. For right now no parts will be bought, just work will be done.

I am thinking off selling my Megan mani and T25 (no turbo lines included) and try a different set up. So if you are interested shoot me a price. Probably in the end install my Freddy manifold after getting it port matched and coated with a different color.

where's my turbo and fuel injectors bitch.. And why are you removing it again?
A.) If you don't start reading.

B.) Bitch Where my money.....:happyfing.

C.) To recap for the people that don't read:

-Fixing the front end damage
-Wiring Work
-Engine bay painting
-Possible Body work
-Try to figure out why the SR is burning coolant only in 1st cylinder.

I figured since I have to pull the SR out, to figure out whats going on it, why not do the other work that I really wanted to do. Plus I feel like I did a slack job on the first go around.

ok i'll wrap up an empty box then you send money and then i ship hahaha
:rotflmao Everytime I buy something on Ebay I'm worried that this will happen to me...or I'll get a box of rocks or something! Good luck with the works in progress mang!:thumbsup

well the painting will probably be done by my cousin. He has been in the auto body world for at least 5-7 years so he knows how to do all that stuff. I talked to him about painting the engine bay and actually fixing the front end damage. He said he can probably bead blast the engine bay and fix the front. I also talked to him about stitch welding the front end too. It depends how far I want to take the stitch welding. I might just do the whole car. I was thinking about painting the engine bay a really nice gloss black and then match some of the parts to be the color of the car which will be ruby red. I think if done right it will look sweet. So we'll see. But I don't want the car to be flat black. Thats one of the reasons I am pulling her back out is to redo that engine bay.

Man that painting of your bay is gonna be sweet! I didn't like the way my bay turned out with flat black either and before I started hooking up stuff, I taped and trashbagged the block and laid down a couple of coats of low gloss black....turned out much better but nothing beats a professional job...pics to follow yes?!:thumbsup

Makes me wanna stitch weld my front too (maybe my next S13). Good deal man. Let's represent this coast right:thumbsup

stitch welding is sexy if done right. i really would like to do a lot more than just stitch welding but i am not made out of money. but def will rep the east coast and we are going to throw some southern in there too. haha

yea i am just not happy with it. throughout the whole project i felt like i was doing a half ass job. so since the SR has to come out. I figured why not do it right this time. PICS? of course as always bud. there will be some tonight. did a lot of work today....still not finished tho.

I worked a steady 8-10 hours on it today. Got a lot done as you can see. Once I saw that damage to the quarter panel I was a bit pissed. If money allows I will probably get a new quarter panel and just call it a day. If money really allows, I might get both sides. I really don't want to go over fenders since my tires are not that wide and they fit nicely in the back without any pulling or bending of the fenders. I just want a nice stock look anyways. As far as the wiring goes, IT WAS A PITA. But I want to hide the wires in the engine bay, also want to eliminate as much wiring as possible. I was thinking of keeping the heater out but it does get cold here during the winter so I will keep that in. Tomorrow If I get time I will remove some more things and maybe start wiring. Depends how time looks.

Dang man, I wish I had the balls to do something like khat! You got a lot accomplished today because I know how much of a pain it is just to remove the dash itself. Did you even stop to have friggin' X-mas dinner? Good job anyway and now comes the fun.:thumbsup
