How do you like the split second AIC? Are you tuning it with the computer program they have? I have been thinking about getting the air and timing controller for my project but wasn't sure whether it would run on a 240sx plus haven't heard of a lot of people running split second. Seems a great deal, for the price it does more than an e-manage and costs the same.

to tell you the truth, i havent even tuned it yet!
thats one of the next things im doing
and i will be using their program
i'll post results

How do you like the ACT 6 puck? Does it have springs, or no? I bought the 6 puck clutch kit without springs and have heard from a majority of people it's just not very favorable for a daily driver, what do you think? I bought an ACT street/strip disc to replace it for my swap this Monday, JIC.

Very nice numbers for only 5psi man, good work. I'm sure we will be even more impressed once you turn up the boost. BTW, I'm with Glacier, with that setup - even if you didn't plan to upgrade internals, etc some 550cc injectors should serv you well....from what I understand the 370cc's max out around 260HP (safely, not too much load) but do what YOU want to do bro, just a suggestion :)

so u spent $1500 on a stock ka24de... and got 219 hp at 5 psi? really makes u think about how the sr20 compares to the almighty KA. those are some mighty nice numbers. congrats

Not trying to tell you what to get, but with the setup that you have already, why buy 370cc? Buy some bigger ones so you won't be held back for a while
ive had the 370cc injectors for a while, so im gonna use them for now. keep in mind, i also have additional injectors that also have to still be programed. those will pick up where the 370's drop off.

i figured out my sae corrected hp #'s with the formula that THON gave me.and that puts me at 226.14 hp at 5 psi!!!

Ouch...$1500 to turbo a KA and 226 to wheel at only 5 psi. And SRs are running what stock? 12-14 psi and only push like 180-190 to the wheels? All imma say is CDIGITY...youre my new HERO!!! Been debating on goin KA-T but the whole price for a kit has been the biggest set back. Not like I can just piece one together myself...*really cant cuz im in the military and shoot i barely got tools to change my oil myself :p * Feel like making me a duplicate setup? :p *doesnt hurt me to ask*

Actually, I believe the stock SR20DET runs at only 7-8psi. You can crank them up to 12-13psi on the stock everything (injectors and fuel maps and all) to get nearly 220hp to the wheels, too.

But, yes, $1500 to put an extra 90 to 100hp to the rear wheels? Too nice! Let's see 90 extra horsepower from a stock 130 ponies is an increase of 70%? Wow. That is a SIGNIFICANT improvement.

the local SR (THON) did around 250 rwhp at 14psi, but then again, that's supposed to be slightly high for an SR running that amount of boost. But then, CDigity has not tuned his A/F's and (IIRC) is running pig rich (kind of like me ATM). If he leaned it out, advanced the timing a bit, and trusted the setup to keep the A/F consistently safe, he could've gotten at least into the 230's, IMO.

My stock motor did 142.6 at the wheels :p .... but supposedly THON owes me a bunch of cheeseburgers if I break 240rwhp with my $900 setup. Guess CT is the place to be to make more power with less money.....
