just want to know if anyone form hawaii.
it all depends on you. Oahu is the most "modernized" (lots of buildings and shit) and populated of the islands. The outer islands are much more beautiful overall but there aint shit to do, after a few weeks you will probably be bored out of your mind. Oahu does still have many nice places to go, alot are well known and geared towards tourists but there are also alot of other nice/natural places. There are lots of parks and places to go hiking. Also depending where you live on the island it could be like a "big city" (as big as it can get on a small island) or more of what it is like in "50 first dates" with more of a "country side" feel to it. It's a great place to visit for a few weeks with lots of shit to do but it is HELLA EXPENSIVE to live here. The cost of living is freakin ridiculous! Most homes go for over $350K for a small-decent sized home in a normal area. With the money spent on houses in Hawaii you could have a fricken mansion on most places on the mainland. And this doesn't include everyday living neccessities, gas prices are fuc.ken high as hell and everything cost more because they have to ship it here from the mainland. Also alot of the roads are fuked up as hell and the po pos are out lookin for modded cars and we have "recon" (reconstruction) laws for cars( you need to pass a test if you mod ur car to be legal) but it is a friken nice place to live and lots of people that grow up here cannot leave it, even if they go away to college many of them return to live and work even though it can be f.ucken hard to find a job here as opposed to the mainland. PLUS we have the f.uken hottest chicks on the planet (except for Kristen Kreuk, who lives in canada).mano said:ruthless, how's HI? My friend(s) and I want to visit HI when we have leisure vacation time, and my friend's obsessed with HI and wants to move to HI since he watched 50 first date, hahaha
