Help... Upper Timing Cover.

I cannot seem to get the upper timing cover removed. The valve cover and distributer have been removed, and I am at TDC to prevent any timing troubles. All bolts on the upper cover have been removed as per the FSM. I don't want to pull on it too hard, as it might break something being aluminium. Any tips?

use a rubber mallet to tap on the cover lightly, don't get excited and break any thing that would get expensive :eek4:

Make sure you use plenty of RTV when you put the cover back on.
