try replacing o2 sensor thats usually the problem .

 

get a paper clip and a haynes mani and count the flashes then look it up in the book

Thanks for your help guys, I'll do some more searching and see if I can find the procedure for the KA24E somewhere around here.

 

Code 32, EGR. 3 red flashes, 2 green.

Any reccomendations for how to fix the problem? I'm guessing to check/replace the EGR valve, but I'd really rather not have to take off the intake manifold and clean out the EGR shit. Atleast if I do I'll have an excuse to bring out the dremel and match some ports.

 

or....mosey your way down to your local advanced auto parts store (or equivalent) they usually have check engine light scanners you can use.

 

Too bad my car is a 1990 as stated in my sig. and the OBDI system didn't become standard until 1991. Problem solved either way.
