well, i want to buy some new wheels and tire, and Lesch swab was going to hook me up for cheap, but i dont know if i want to go 5 lug or not. Is there any real reason to go 5 lug? do you need it for bigger breaks? It seems expenisve to do also. I need wheels soon, mine are stock wheels that were spray painted black, but he cleaned one off with paint thinner. So i have 3 black wheels, and one silver wheel with gray patches... I want to upgrade my suspension also.

I also tried to install my cd player out of my old car, but couldnt figure out how to do it. do i have to buy adapters for the wires and stuff? I dont want to pay to get it done, because its just a temporary cd player until i can get a whole new setup.

i was looking at a "k spec aero wing," but it was a replica and over 300 dollars. does anyone know where i can find the k spec body kit?. i guess i need to decide what kind of headlights i want also.

I know i want to put an SR in eventually, and i have some money put aside to get me going on it. should i wait until i have an sr before i can install new exhaust?

if youre building to drift, the first thing you need to do is coilovers and the rest of the suspension. your sound system isnt going to help you drift, so you might want to hold back on blowing your money on electronics. and the next thing youre gonna want is a turbo, which is even more money. and the purpose of the 5 lug is for bigger brakes, which youll want when you get more power, til then its not really necessary.

Wrong... You can get brake upgrades in 4 lug. I got my 300zx rotors redrilled to fit. The reason to get 5 lug is so you have a better selection of wheels because finding wide wheels in our lug pattern is difficult.

I hope this thread doesn't become another SR vs. KA thread....I'm not going to comment on the KA....its really personal preference.

Anyways, it is easier to swap the motor and tranny at once. Just make sure you have neccessary pieces to complete the swap (i.e. clutch pedal, hardlines).

first replace all the fluids, and do a tune up like simple s14 said. especially if you don't know who it belonged to before you. do routine maintence. stuff that can go wrong.. will! make sure everything is good before you spend all your money on performance, or (body kits and headlights :nono) and have a giant winged flashlight sitting in your driveway.
