for some reason yours seems to have a lot more space than mine.

I think that is the first Apexi turbo I have ever seen in use. How much did you pay for it? Very clean looking setup.

I was gonna go that route too but 2 weeks and $700 later I ended up with a complete '92 coupe and an extra KA24DE.I just couldn't pass that up.KA24DET in the future for me

An MR2-turbo vs a stock KA24E? He wasn't racing you, or it wasn't a turbo, end of story.

 

i got my u bends from xs engineering,its the stock 180,000 mile motor at .8 bar it made 243 hp.i dont expect it to last very long.

Depending on how the car was taken care of, you'd be really surprised what the KA24E can take. I bet it lasts a lot longer than you would think.

 

I think mine was dead, but it tested fine.

 

what did the pipes run? again insanity, it was TURBO and why can't it be badly tuned?

 

Looks good, im just wondering where your Valve cover is getting measured air from?

I dont see a line from the PCV top of the VC to atmospheric air.

I should hope you're not pressurizing your crankcase to 10psi when you boost

 

i made a catch tank for it.

 

Why do you need it?

I ran clear vinyl tubing from my VC to intake, its been a few months and its still clear.

The VC sucks air in, so all it really needs is filtered air.
