What i might do is just drive the car untill it startes to get cold again, like around Fall time. then build it during winter, to have it done....

so did you ahve any of your bumper reinforcement left over? Nothing beats a cheap intercooler that you can fit w/o having to cut the whole thing off

i only cut out about 1in depth, and about 30in accross..
i didnt have to cut much at all, and to tell you the truth, i bet i could of fit it with out cutting it, i just didnt want the intercooler hitting the core when vibrations or from movement

Man looking good! do you have any links to the Autoronics ECU? I saw that issuse of DSport and that Rb25 made 589whp 510 lb-fts. Stock internals, Studs and gaskets. I am very interested in those ECUs so any info you have shoot them my way AIM: chaosthexile

They have a CAS Trigger also, plus a multiplexer for the Coilpacks.

The Ignition Multiplexer would allow the 6 coils to be run direct fire (as opposed to wasted spark) and the heat buildup of the coils would be reduced greatly

Its pretty expensive stuff, more then AEM, maybe even more then Haltech.

The typical cost for the system + harrness is like 2250
The trigger is 60.00, and the Multiplexer is 160.00

You will want to check outo the SM4 ECU

Tell you the truth i am not sure, i believe you have to start from Scratch, but i am sure i could find a map some where to get the car started. The Aultronic ECU is very popular in AUS, So there are many ppl on AUS SKyline forums which will be willing to help out, and show/send there maps.

my brake lines should be here some times next week. Then the car will be able to Roll / stop

Its good to hear from you, I havent been on aim much, so i guess thats why i havent spoken to you in forever, i am really glad your getting the car done.

I just cant wait till i can finally get mine on the road.

Still putting back the suspention, i havent been able to get to the garage due to weather and work.

I just got my Brake lines from PDM, so i should be finishing up every thing soon.

All i need is a VLSD and every thing is good to go !!!!
