I have almost the same setup.

Greddy intake manifold
Q45 Tb
RB25 MAF
RFL atmospheric

Mine did something simaliar where it would shut off as well. but i believe its due to the lack of air going into the engine in between shifts and when ever the throttle is released. i will be correcting this when i install my stand alone.

Mine would cut off and it would be a pain to get back started. but i also believe thats due to another problem.

don't be a ricer and recirc the BOV, unless your running a blow through or a map sensor there is no need.

air being released into the air from the bov that the maf just read is causing it.... super rich = stall.

Check for vac leaks, your timing , tps, icv, and for giggles & shits the wiring for your maf. I had the same issue on an RB25det and found that the #6 fuel rail to manifold grommet was trashed and another RB w/ a leak the icv hose creating a vac leak which = stalling. Those vac leaks on a boosted motor will get you every time.
