Have you seen my build? Every day :p Living walking Tony Stark Syndrome. I need it, buy it, how awesome can we make it.

Hell I think I'm going to have my AR lower laser engraved with a design and have a Stark Industries tossed in too

Alright, so I decided to not die a bitter old man and shit so I chose to reconnect with friends and stuff. That includes my internet friends as well. I know there aren't as many as there were before, but such is life.

Plus, Zilvia is stupid as fuck. If people aren't arguing with each other, they are licking each others' buttholes. I guess that's the car scene now.

So lets see where the hell I left you guys at.

Alright soooo

I seriously think I have some lung problems now after dealing with all of this.

There was also a black topcoat that goes on after. I already put it on and everything, Ill get some more pictures of that later, but the idea is that once you see the silver through the black, you need to reapply more black. This stuff was so damn sticky, it stayed on my skin for atleast a month.

You know, in case I get amnesia one day and decide to remember my name by looking at my differential cover. I also got trolled later, making this a complete waste of time. You will see.

I bought SPL solid subframe bushings and knuckle monoball bushings. My ass will be numb everytime I drive.

Also, the rear e brake from the R33 looked like shit. It actually had a decent amount of tread [edit: A LOT of tread left, I'm an idiot for replacing it.]
I ordered some stuff from Europe, A place called Conceptua tuning
I ordered 2 sets of their drift spec ebrake shoes, and a nice set of brake pades for my front R33 and rear z32's.

So I didn't need the ebrake shoes nor the brake pads yet, but in time I'm sure I will need them.
I rebuilt my R33 ebrake assembly with parts from z1 motorsports and assembled it with the brand new oem hubs. Fuck it, I will just list everything I did to the rear end of my car

Repainted the underchassis ( 90% of the whole car is done, just need to finish the front wheel wells as of today)

Rear gas tank was checked and cleaned out. I did get some grime out so that was satisfying. Still the Oem fuel pump in there. Still OEM lines. These will be upgraded later when I change my fuel pump and I will also change the chassis hardlines and the rubber pipes. No changes made to the Evap canister.

Gas tank straps were powdercoated Jamaican Teal. Heat shield was resprayed with high heat resistant paint ( for grills and stuff). Reinstalled with new Hardware because my old bolts broke.

-I bought brand new hardware for the rear suspension. Cost about $150 I think?
-Differential was just checked for any damage/leaks/etc. Axles were sprayed that silver I showed you earlier.
-New oem 5 lug hubs
-Knuckle was powdercoated Dormant purple along with subframe
-Spl bushings on knuckle and subframe
-Spl rear upper control arms, toe arms, and traction rods
-New OEM LCA
-New OEM stay assembly arms
-Rebuilt ebrake
-New R33 ebrake lines (still need to further adjust them)
-Brembo rotors
I will add more if I remember

Part Shop Max competition coilovers. In the rear they are set about 1 inch above maximum low. I am close to tucking 16'' Se wheels. I will readjust them when my new wheels show up.

Front suspension-
-Coils are set reasonably higher, need to be set a little lower, which will happen when my new wheels show up.
-Stock steering rack, looking for a rebuild service or a rebuilt one. Nothing wrong with mine, just want the peace of mind.
-New tie rod ends on order
-New front LCA
-stock tension rods and brackets. All bushings are fine so no need for them yet.
-Deciding on a new sway bar since mine was broken.
-brembo rotors
-Thinking of a strut bar but I was advised against it

I will add more pictures after I find a more efficient way of uploading to photobucket. I dont really care for instagram.

Hello everyone, hope you are all well. The car is coming along. I don't have time right now for a full update since I want to browse around on what everyone else is doing as well. In other news I will recap

-Summer 2014
>Took a bunch of summer classes. Sucked balls because the other employee had family emergencies literally from May until now so I had no real free time besides minor work.
>Worked and went to school, that occupied 95% of my day.
>Looked for a new daily all summer and bought one literally on the last day of summer
>New class schedule is beast so I have more time to dedicate to my car, even with more classes.

2 classes are for engineering, 2 spanish (easy ) classes. My GPA will go back up again.
>I still work a lot since I'm pretty much helping out a lot more with the business. I now have money to just pay someone to finish my car but it will devalue it for me. I have a strong desire to finish everything on my own. Fuck writing checks and shit. I will have my hand in ALLLLLLLLL the cookie jars.

Can you guys guess what I bought? No cheating

How in the actual fuck???

Yes, its a 2000 Subaru Impreza Rs coupe 5 speed with 160k apparently a lower mile motor swapped in but no paperwork to prove anything.
CEL for injector solenoid and Evap. I just need to run injector cleaner and clear the code. Exap IDK what to do for it since I havent researched it yet. Havent even had time to do the oil change. Runs good.

Plans for that are just things to make it a cool daily such as
-wheels
-coils
-finish up the exhaust since there is an aftermarket midpipe
-22B wing, STI tails and rear valences
-Cool shift knob
-tint

I will do an Sti/WRX motor swap into that later down the road. What's really cool is that the hood scoop is real, its just protected by a bolt on plastic cover, thats why it looks black

Well my brother will be getting his permit soon which means he is buying a car soon. He wants to get an S13 but I am kind of pushing him for a S14. I dunno man, there are a lot of nice S13's I'm seeing.

Lol.
My only clue was the Steering wheel.
And any "Motor Head" that got an older Subbie with "Performance" in mind either went for a WRX or a 2.5RS
Didn't see Turbo so I went with the RS.

On a side note, wanna sell those RS Wheels?
They're ugly, old, small, etc.
You don't want them :p

For the EVAP Code try check the Gas Cap.
It's common on GM's & Toyota's that the Gas Caps go bad and it throws a "Large" EVAP leak.

So I'm still here. Let's see

-Thought about selling Subie and buying my mom a new Accord. They all have CVTs so fuck that. I'm not buying her a civic.
-Still racking up miles on the subie

-240 is at a complete standstill as I'm running around dealing with my contractors for our bathroom. My parents are the type of people to hire someone for one job and decided to rebuild the whole fucking house..........Now I see where I got it from ( referring to this build)

-I can get a garage built in my backyard about 20x20 with a second floor for extra storage aka "sexy parties" all for around 12k. If my contractor can offer me a better price for either a 2 story unit or just a big ass garage for a little bit cheaper I will hop on that. Paired with a driveway extension running along the side of my house plus the front driveway being widened I would have room at my house for like 10 cars without using any street parking.

-Still full time at college and my hair is all turning gray. Working close to 40 hour weeks.

I know you guys don't care so here are some pictures.

My man is takin a nap.

Also bought these

18 x 9 +20

2 are media blasted and ready for powdercoat
2 are still in ok condition in the silver

Deciding on whether I want bronze or silver

Gonna go do some homework before I pass out. I'll swing by again later

-No, Apu is dead. I am his turtle and I will be continuing his build now. Estimated completion time is somewhere in the 2200's

-I need a bigger shop to do proper bodywork. This Friday I am heading down to L&I (Licensing and Inspections) I found the paperwork and it's $100 to file. Every contractor charges $250 for them to do it. Assholes.

-Such Slow, Much stress, So broke, Much busy, many gray hairs

Hope the volcano doesn't affect where you live scooter.

Honestly guys, I don't think this build will have any serious updates until winter break. Mostly minor 2-5 hour jobs per week. I still enjoy coming here to chat.

Nah, Active Volcano's on another Island.
I'm safe.
For now....

That's alright not much of anything to update on my end either.

Though I have gone to an even Darker side, if that's at all possible lol.

Glad to hear you are safe. It really sucks how i went from having a lot of time and no money to having money and no time. I miss being on here. I see some new people have joined but its still a slow forum I guess. Here>Zilvia though.

So let me guess. You bought something that has/is

-Front wheel drive
-Auto
-CVT
-hybrid
-Honda/Acura
-Something American

Or you made some life decisions/car decisions/ "compromised" something based on your girlfriend?

Been there done that never again. I'm not one to tell you how to live your life, but life is way to short to not make yourself happy. Don't tell me no bullshit like "keeping her makes me happy"

I really don't care if we clutter my build with random posts. It's a journal. It's documentation of these years of my life. This site won't be here when I'm like 80 years old, assuming I am still alive. This saddens me. While we are here, lets atleast have some insane LOLs and some fun. We may never meet in real life but it's something.

I can't believe you said Auto & CVT :(
Might aswell revoke my Adminship and IP ban me :p

No bullshit like that, nah uh, she don't like it? Bye Felisha. lol

I purchased yet another vehicle.
Will reveal in the next couple days.

And same here.
I either have Time and No Money.
Or I got Money and No Time.
Fck me...

Edit:
I'll drop a hint though.
I'm already making ~220hp with I/H/E and my Personal Tune lol.
Hoping to be 250ish by the End of January 2015.

No real update related to any of my cars. My younger brother just got this.

1995 Nissan 240sx

1995
Auto
4 lug stockies (here we go again with the "I'm only gonna swap it to 5 lug"/ rebuilds whole suspension)
182,500 miles about
Red
1 spot of minor rust I found
I see that they replaced the passenger rocker panel or fixed some rust there so thats good
Didn't pay anywhere near asking price

Has Unknown coilovers, most likely megan, isis, or godspeed
Also has Megan exhaust just installed (have the box in the trunk)

Runs and drives good
Issues are
-minor rust hole about the size of a quarter
-exhaust loud as fuck, got a headache driving it home so we will swap it out with my oem exhaust. Also scraped it trying to get it into the driveway so it is currently in the street.
My driveway was like "You shall not pass!"
-Mirrors aren't adjustable with the electronic thing in the center console. Oh well, I guess my brother can deal with it, buy some ganadors or whatever aftermarket ones, or use my stock ones and ill buy aftermarket ones.

We will see what he does with it. He wants to just drive it around for a year or two until he is ready for a swap.

So let's see

I've been working a lot since it is super busy this time of year. People like to drink on christmas and new years go figure lol.

My front wheel wells are drying/curing. I remember saying I was gonna do it in July but with all the classes I never had time to dedicate to it. On thursday the store will most likely be closed so I can re attach the front suspension for the final fitting.

All i need to get is a new steering rack and some outer tie rods. Depending on my engine swap I may need an axle upgrade.

We cleaned out my brothers trunk and found a golfball. we also found a megan racing carbon roof wing. I don't know how i missed that when we bought the car.

Here's where things get tricky. I don't actually know what the hell to do next.
Since the suspension is new and underchassis is done all i really need to focus on is bodywork/paint and an engine swap.

-my house has really old wiring.
-I am scared to use the 240v line that the "electrician" made.

So I can't go out and buy painting equipment until I get the house a new switch panel and some new wiring to go with it. This can cost anywhere from $400 to like $3000 depending on what we need. I also don't want to undertake this project during the coldest 4 months of the year ( I'm sure the electrician will have to shut off the power many times)

Engine swap related stuff is always going to cost a lot of money too.
-$2000 for a motorset with like a one month warranty
-$2-3000 of swap related parts
-about $2000 (generous budget) for a rebuild of the engine.

So I'm fucked and I have to wait.

I'm thinking that I can atleast get a small compressor and do the engine bay and paint the interior cabin and trunk.

Your thoughts?
