and may i make a suggestion that you should try gettin sum altima fans and ditch yurr clutch fan u save 12 hp and u have alot more room to wrk with..
For sure man! I already pulled out all of the fan shroud, and removed the clutch fan so I'm with you on that one... Thanks for checkin it out. What setup are you running on your ka-t??
 
T4 cxracing kit top mount,,, at first i was kinda worried about the kit because cxracing just started building kits for the KA24de but i read great reviews on the kit but i only drivin the car for a week and now my starter died so i got to get on that but that one week was one hell of a week :p..

only 6 psi cause i havn't done any internal wrk but im goin to start that later on in the summer..
Ya thats definitely a good plan. I've been there and you are gonna want to rebuild. Keep me posted!

Alright, so progress is slow but it continues... I got a turbo blanket and fuel pump o-ring as well as a stock sr intake tube today... Because of the need to recirculate the bov I have been having a hell of a time trying to make something work. So I just decided to use the stock sr intake because I have a t25 anyway. So hopefully that will work better than the mess of JB Weld i was using before! I f anyone knows of cheap intakes for the sr that are set up for recirculation they should let me know...
I am hoping by the end of this week I should have my block back with the internals installed. Its been crazy with school and trying to move to pull this all together...

nice more pics!! lol my 240sx decided not to send pwr to the fuel pump any more......
bring on the many hours of troubleshooting....
Damn man thats sucks! Electrical problems are the worst... I think its jegs that sells a fuel pump relay kit. It ups all the wiring to 10 guage and has an on off switch. I have a freind that bought one for his Supra and said it made a big difference. Its like 50 bucks...
 
nice work, keep it up! im in the process of boosting my ka. i know, username says boosted but that was just so i wouldnt have to change it after i get it boosted =)
 
The build looks like its coming along well. Good luck and fix other stuff while the motor is out of the car and replace steering rack bushings, steering rack bushing, etc. Other than that much props.

Hey Thanks for all your positive comments guys!! I really appreciate it!! Been in the process of moving, so I haven't had time to do much but... I just ordered a bunch of goodies!!

Should be getting all of it in within the next week or so, and i well definitely post up some more pics. Decided that the sr injectors weren't going to cut... 250whp is not enough lol
 
nice build im a poor college student so my 240 is lacking my attention also but my dad decided to loan me money for my new head so hopefully i can post my build in the next month. always good to see other peoples builds, keep up the good work
