Man. Where TF have you guys been. Measure Voltage @ the pump. I can almost guarantee your dropping atleast a full 1v from the Battery to the Pump. Same w/ the Dist., your Headlights, etc.

So pretty much just put in a Relay using the Original Power Source as the Switch and run a wire From the battery to the Relay to the Pump, Dist., etc.

I was personally going to try one of these kits. They claim Koyo Bearings which is a OEM supplier so I can only assume decent or = to OEM.
Nice link. Makes me want to get a spare and put them new stuffs in. I guess i'll worry about that when i build my spare motor.

Glad to see that im not the only one that cant do honda shifts in my car. Funny thing is my friends with hondas as old, or older than my car can do stupid hard shifts with not a single grind. damn honda trannies :(

UPDATE TIME!!!!!

Next event is July at VIR.

Two piece rotor hats, hardware, and willwood caliper adapter brackets were sold last week.

So i bought some hawk blues for the front and rear. Will be getting some different rotors to go with them as well.

Not sure if putting in the new subframe bushings will do anything to my alignment if i mount them to raise the subframe up about a half inch. But the bushings are shot and need replacing; hopefully I'll find time for it before the July event.

Secondary to all of the above is building my own exhaust... But if I don't have time / funds I'll just hose clamp it up higher to the car. Still, I'm really getting sick of the exhaust leak at the front of the cat.

Randomly had the weekend off from BOTH cook jobs this weekend without requesting it.

Was really stoked to get some work done on the car this weekend, but then I cut my thumb at work yesterday, and now feel pragmatic about having the weekend off for the first time in 2 or 3 months.

Was planning to get my diff and subframe bushings on the car. But missing a chunk out of the tip of my right thumb has made it rather sensitive to pressure, and doing my subframe and diff suddenly doesn't seem like the best idea. Maybe I'll order some pipe from Performance-Curve?

Anyhoo.... may post a pic later, looks neat.

Goodbye brake kit.... but its good to see it being used finally. Even if it isn't on my car.

On the bright side, selling them off paid for the Hawk Blues I just got for my stock brakes, as well as the new rotors I'll be getting for the blues. Not bad for some fancy caliper brackets, rotor hats, and fastening hardware.

Pads are here.
Rotors have shipped.
Ordering exhaust parts tonight or tomorrow.
Exhaust is off the car,
Drive shaft unhooked from the diff.
Rear calipers are free of the uprights and e-brake cables and are hanging by some wire I had.

Sub frame is ready to come down. Two bolts left and its out. But its late, my thumb is killing me, and I have some paperwork to do before morning. I have a feeling tomorrow's 10 hour work day will suck quite a lot.

Think all my containers of ATE super blue are holding used fluid. Should probably buy some more, and fill the trans with some sort of oil to replace whats been seeping out over the last 3 or 4 years.
