The real question is would you want something that has already been built up? Especially for $11K. The satisfaction you get from putting something together w/ your own hands is much better than buying it already assembled.
If you don't have the time or space to do the mods is understandable, but I think you could find something more affordable w/ not as many mods done that you could still make your own.

Just like the previous poster said half the joy of owning these cars is making it your own. Sure this one has room to change things but for 11k i dont think its worth it id just go grab either a ka and swap the sr (if you have mechanical know how) or buy one with a sr in it that isnt pretty much done. Plus the more modified the car is the less youll know about it 240's are notorious for jury rigged wiring and other systems you wanna make sure if something goes wrong you know what could have caused it.

 

Going with what the past 2 posts stated, I would be concerned with the mods that are listed and who installed them.

I worked with my brother at a shop for a while and people would bring in these heavily modified cars they just bought and we would go in and fix the "work arounds" done to get the car running "ok" enough.

Good luck if you look at the car and if you do see if they have the paper work of the installs and parts!

Dude has a precision turbo running 5psi (not sure on the turbo model as of yet) on the ka24de.
170k on the body 120k on the motor & tranny.
No frame rail rust either.
He's asking $3500

Alright appreciate the response Dee! It's tough finding 240's around here lemme tell ya! Especially ones not hacked to shit. 1st one I had seen w/ a turbo so I was hesitent about contacting the seller until I talked to one of ya'll on here.

 

Id say look for a non-turboed/swapped 240 go as stock as possible and do the work yourself that way you know how its done and theres no one to blame but yourself if something blows up
