As much as I love their drive for perfection, I don't love their assumption that it's okay to do something like that. While talking about Gran Turismo PSP at E3, series creator Kazunori Yamauchi said that in terms of status, Gran Turismo 5 can actually be released any time. They just want to keep polishing it up some more.
"I want to release it as fast as I can, but GT5 for us, when you talk about its status, it's at a point we can release it any time we want, but we can always keep working on it," Yamauchi told Eurogamer. "It's very important for us to make sure everything is done perfectly and everything is done in detail."
Yamauchi also mentioned possible connectivity features for the PSP and PS3 Gran Turismos. One is that players may be able to share garages on both versions so that any car unlocked in the PSP version would immediately become available in the PS3 game.
Gran Turismo PSP arrives on October first as a launch title for the PSP Go. Gran Turismo 5, on the other hand, still does not have a firm release date.
Same here, i only really paly to tweak about 5 cars (including my s14 that i make sig pics with) and do a lap or two, and turn it off and play SOCOM lol.I still play gt4 on an almost daily basis spending hours tweaking suspension setups on cars I've litterally been tweaking since I got the game
