I need to get a flare fitting to put in my z32 bmc I haven't had much luck I see 2 auctions on eBay but I noticed it said fits all nabco master cylinders. Mine is a tokico are they different? Or all the same?

I don't want to destroy mine in case I ever sell the car as I would keep the z32 setup and would swap stock setup back. No plans to sell mind you just planning for the future.

Or if anyone would have an extra fitting that works with the tokico PM me.

Yeah I see that. The aren't even close, I'm a little worried as I noticed some corrosion on the lines I hope I don't spring a leak when bending them. I guess I got to cut and splice the pig tail for the reservoir as well. Sucks the yard that mailed me the BMC didn't send the reservoir cap and cut the wires right at the plug, hopefully I can take the plug apart and install new wires so I have something to connect to.

Screw in the brake line to press it in. Helps keep it in even.

If lines brake, Chase Bays has soft replacements.

Well, then one thing you are going to notice right off the bat is that the bigger brakes indeed are better... HOWEVER, with the Z32 MC, you are going to notice it takes significantly more braking to come to a full stop... What I mean by this is that the pedal feel is much stiffer b/c the Z32 MC puts out less pressure than the S13/S14 MC's. This is by design. Yes the 300ZX is much heavier (hence) the bigger brakes; but also the pedal bias (leverage point) is different in the Z's, making the pedal feel 'normal' with the lower-pressure MC.

I run the Z32 MC and wish I had chosen something a bit more 'in between.' I don't like that I have to stand on the brake pedal as hard as I do to bring the car to an abrupt stop. I'd much rather have softer fell; and be able to modulate more easily.

Well got everything installed but putting that fitting in was a major PITA. Tried putting in with the break line lubed up with fluid but it only made it half way before getting so tight it started damaging the threads a little. So then tried a c clamp and a torx socket to no success. Decided to try installing it and see how it holds to find it worked alright love the new brakes and pedal feel but it looses just a small amount of fluid because it's not fully seated. Have no idea how to do any more pressing. Probably will just have to save up for one with fitting already installed

Go to rockauto.com and order a BMC for a 1990 300zx TT($75). Get the Centric unit. It will be setup for both ABS and non-ABS cars. The third port fitting is already installed and just covered by a plug. Pop the reservoir off and swap your stock 240sx reservoir back on to prevent splicing your wires. Done and done.
